With 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions to Group Fitness Classes, Tennis, Yoga, Pilates and of course the High Intensity Interval Training Center known locally as the HIIT-Locker - all of KPHF's trainers maintain a highly professional, yet extremely personalised and laid back approach to working with their clientele.
