What is HIIT Training? HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It includes bursts of maximal effort interspersed with rest or lower intensity activity.
At HIIT-Locker training facility, we challenge the way things are done at the gym. We don’t believe workouts should take you over an hour to complete. We don’t believe you need to constantly ‘eat clean’ to reach your goals.
What we do believe is that your training should be intense, social and fun. That you should know how to fuel your body correctly. And that you should train feeling as though you’re part of a team.
Make no mistake, the sessions are some of the toughest you’ll do. But we’ll push to get the best out of you, our very own Dietitian will educate you on how to get the best out of your nutrition and you’ll achieve results you didn’t think were possible.
